Industrial RO
500 LPH to 200 m³/hr brackish & high-TDS systems with PLC automation and CIP.
This page opens with a scroll-driven 3D walkthrough of a 1,000 LPH industrial RO plant: raw water at 1,850 ppm passes through pre-treatment, a high-pressure pump and the RO membrane, leaving at roughly 40 ppm. Every station's details are written out in the cards below.
An Excellent Water Industries 1,000 LPH commercial RO plant, as we build it. Feed: borewell, ~1,850 ppm TDS. Scroll to run the water through it — sand and carbon, through the membrane, to the tap.
Two FRP vessels on top-mounted multiport valves: a multigrade sand bed drops turbidity, then activated carbon strips chlorine and organics. Antiscalant dosing protects the membrane downstream.
A vertical multistage stainless pump lifts the feed to working pressure after a 20-inch jumbo micron polish. Fully automatic, single-phase — the energy line of the plant.
Thin-film composite 4040 elements in a horizontal pressure tube reject dissolved salts down to ~40 ppm, handling feed up to 3,500 ppm. We’re going inside the element.
Feed spacer, TFC membrane leaf, permeate carrier — wound around the tube you’re travelling down. Salt stays in the brine channel and exits as reject; only water crosses the 0.0001-micron barrier.
YOU JUST WALKED ONE PLANT
Excellent Water Industries builds, automates and runs industrial water systems across Gujarat and beyond — RO, ETP, ZLD, STP and pharma-grade loops. Every skid leaves Ahmedabad commissioned, documented and guaranteed in writing.
PRELIMINARY SIZING
Move the sliders. We'll rough out the array, pump duty and budget band — then you can watch the membrane rack rebuild itself in 3D. Indicative only; final design follows a raw-water analysis.
